TTIE’s 4th annual Behind the Scenes Report, proudly in partnership with the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media.
The 2022 report continues to track important issues of representation in staffing, the writers’ room, and development, as well as the experiences of historically excluded TV writers around bias, discrimination, and harassment. The report is intended for multiple audiences: whether you’re a first-time staff writer or seasoned showrunner, whether you’re a creative executive, producer, or studio/network head, this report is for you.
