If modern policing were to take a DNA test, it would come back 99%-100% racist. And thankfully, we don’t need anyone to spit in a tube to figure that out. We just need to take a look at history. This week ,we explore how slave patrols in the South, strikebreakers in the North and the Anti-Mexican Texas Rangers in the old west paved the way for the racist practices of modern policing.
