Oh hey! The Oscars are nominated for Outstanding Live Variety Special for this year’s #Emmys! I wrote for the Oscars this year! Sooooo I’m nominated for an Emmy!?!? Wild to think that in 2008 I was on the Emmys red carpet interviewing celebs for YouTube, nervous as HELL, and this year I’ll be watching the show from my couch in full glam (thanks corona) rooting for the Oscars to win. Whew! What a journey! Of course thank you to @janellemonae & the entire Wondaland team for letting me be a part of such an incredible performance. And major shout outs and congrats to @jemelmcwilliams who’s nominated for Outstanding Choreography and for being kind enough to bring me on board! Still pinching myself 😭😍
